Is FOIAWORKS a law firm?

No. FOIAWORKS is a software and general-information service of Quagmire Solutions LLC. It does not provide legal advice or representation.

Where do I manage my requests?

Account activity takes place at app.foiaworks.com.

Is my first request free?

Yes. Each account can create its first request free. After that, Single is $4.95 per submission, Pro is $19.95 per month for up to 15 submissions, Statewide is $69.95 per month for up to 120 submissions, and Enterprise pricing is available for specialized or high-volume needs.

How are requests to multiple public bodies counted?

Each separately tracked delivery counts as one submission. A campaign sent to all 83 Michigan counties therefore counts as 83 submissions, not one.

Can I store the records I receive?

FOIAWORKS is designed to keep correspondence and responsive records organized for long-term access, subject to applicable account and plan terms.
